Four light and refreshing spring mocktails, including grapefruit, lavender, lychee, and pink lady drinks

4 Easy & Refreshing Spring Mocktails to Make at Home

Warmer weather always puts me in the mood for fun drinks. I love a good cocktail, but since I’m in my pregnancy era, that’s unfortunately not an option.

But I’m still determined to enjoy something delicious and seasonal, so I’ve put together four of my favorite spring mocktail recipes.

These drinks are light and refreshing, and to me feel very “springy.” They’re perfect for this time of year, but honestly, they’re just as good anytime you want something bubbly and not too heavy.

Whether you’re hosting a spring brunch or baby shower, planning an at-home date night, or just want something to enjoy on your own, these easy spring mocktails are simple to make but still feel special.

1. Bubbly Grapefruit Mocktail with Agave & Lime

I love citrusy mocktails, especially in the spring, and grapefruit is a great option if you like something a little more tart. It can be tricky to balance, but when it works, it’s so refreshing.

This Paloma-style grapefruit mocktail uses a zero-proof tequila alternative and Fever-Tree grapefruit soda for a more elevated flavor that isn’t too sweet.

Add a Tajín rim for extra flavor and a little bit of flair.

2. Sparkling Lavender Mocktail with Lemon & Elderflower

Lavender is a flavor I’ve recently become a little obsessed with, but it can easily lean too strong or soapy if it’s not balanced well.

My recipe uses homemade lavender syrup, fresh lemon juice, a touch of elderflower, and plenty of bubbles for a refreshing drink with a clean floral flavor.

3. Virgin Lychee Mimosa

Lychee is one of my favorite flavors. It’s both fruity and floral, which makes it perfect for the start of the warmer season.

This virgin lychee mimosa uses just two ingredients, so it’s incredibly easy to prep (and batch). Despite how simple it is, it’s always a crowd favorite.

If you’re serving a mix of cocktails and mocktails, there’s an alcoholic option, too.

4. Pink Lady Mocktail with an Elderflower Twist

This Pink Lady mocktail is a non-alcoholic take on the classic Prohibition-era drink.

The original cocktail uses apple brandy, gin, grenadine, and lemon, but my mocktail version swaps in apple cider vinegar and elderflower tonic water instead of alcohol for a refreshing, floral twist that’s perfect for spring.

If you want to get fancy, you can even add an egg white foam topper!
