Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add apple juice, fresh lemon juice, grenadine, and apple cider vinegar to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake until chilled, about 10 seconds, then strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.*
  • Top with chilled elderflower tonic water. (Optional: Add egg white foam — see Notes.)

Notes

*This recipe yields around 5 oz plus the optional egg white topper, which fits well in most coupe glasses. You can also serve it over ice in a rocks or highball glass.
Egg White Topper:
For a silky, foamy finish, mix 1 egg white with a few drops of lemon juice and a couple drops of grenadine. Dry shake (no ice) or froth with a milk frother until foamy. Spoon ½–1 oz over the drink just before serving.
