Halloween Harvest Mimosa

Equipment

  • 1 champagne flute

Ingredients

  • 2 oz fresh-squeezed orange juice* (¼ cup)
  • ½ oz triple sec (1 tbsp)
  • 2 ½ oz cava (¼ cup + 1 tbsp)
  • 1 splash grenadine

Instructions

  • Chill all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Combine orange juice and triple sec in a champagne flute.
  • Gently top with cava and a splash of grenadine for a layered effect.

Notes

*Valencia oranges are preferred, but other varieties will work.
