Classic Hot Cocoa Mix
A simple, creamy four-ingredient hot cocoa mix perfect for gifting or enjoying all winter long.

Equipment
- 1 extra large mixing bowl (8-10 quarts minimum)
Ingredients
- 25.6 oz instant nonfat dry milk ("Makes 8 quarts")
- 32 oz Nesquik
- 16 oz powdered sugar (sifted)
- 16 oz non-dairy powdered creamer
- Dehydrated mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a very large mixing bowl or stock pot.
- Stir, whisk, or sift until fully blended.
- Store in airtight container(s), adding mini marshmallows if desired.
- To serve: Fill mug half full with mix. Then add hot water, stir, and enjoy.
Notes
This recipe yields around 30 cups of mix, which provides between 30-60 servings, depending on the size of the mug.
